CASCON Help-About Menu

Typically our support team will ask you for your CASCON system information in order to assist with support requests. This CASCON system information can easily be obtained from the CASCON Help | About menu. Simply follow these four steps to send us your CASCON system information when requested:

1. Select CASCON menu Help.

2. Select menu item About...:

3. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button in the window that pops up:

4. Paste the copied information into a text file and email that file to us, or paste the copied information directly into the body of an email to us.
